Outside Sales Representative
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Our client is looking for an outside sales representative to manage their Dayton territory. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as developing and growing new accounts. The Sales Representative will make 15 to 20 calls a day, often servicing customers directly from their stocked vehicle. The Sales Representatives are on the road and in the field every day, but rarely need to spend the night away from home. The Sales Representative interact with mechanics, shop foreman, engineers, corporate purchasing departments and business owners daily. Every day presents multiple opportunities to close sales.
This established territory covers the Dayton area. Sales route organization, opening new business and the desire and ability to work independently are the keys to success in this territory.
Industries serviced include fleet operations, transportation, local and state government, industrial and manufacturing. My client supplies full lines of terminals, wire, electrical components, fasteners, lighting, safety products and hydraulic power fittings and hose. They also provide custom cable and wire harness assemblies to specialty vehicle manufacturers and many other customers.
