Director, Sales Development
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
The Director, Sales Development is responsible for maximizing sales revenue opportunities and exceeding margin and profitability goals for Company’s growing product solutions. You will build and enhance sales capabilities, and partner with various constitutes to build sales tools to ensure the highest quality of service to prospects and internal customers. You will educate and drive sales development organization best practices, while increasing opportunities for growth and expansion for this highly visible and motivated team. The ideal candidate will have sales leadership experience in a technology solutions industry, have experience managing managers, must be data driven, and have an outstanding eye for talent. The position reports directly to the VP, High Velocity Sales.
