Account Manager/Customer Service Rep

Location: Trevose, PA
My client, an automotive internet marketing company is looking to hire an account manager to help support their growing clientele base.

Position Details:
  • Initiate customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements to deepen penetration solution within customer environment.
  • Proactively engage each account to ensure that customer is satisfied with the product.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure functionality and benefits offered are fully leveraged, maximizing the value of each subscription.
  • Compile reports tracking consistent engagement with all customers in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Know the product inside out.

  • Self starter/self motivator who learns quickly.
  • Highly driven by customer satisfaction and quality results.
  • Team player with high level of integrity.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Spanish fluency.
  • Customer service / account management experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required (i.e. word, excel, powerpoint, etc.).
  • Willingness to become a highly skilled and knowledgeable “ninja” in a niche industry and new product.
