Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide engineering support to the production department to maintain and improve production related processes.
 
Technical Skill Requirements:
 

• 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing.

• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.

• Previous experience in Injection molding processing preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking.

1. Analysis:  Able to gather data and analyze to make process adjustments to injection molding processes and repair/analyze tooling or equipment as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to Production Department.

   1. Troubleshooting of equipment, tooling, materials, and processing issues

   2. Continuous improvement for Production processes and quality

   3. Gather data and analyze.

   4. Assure safety procedures followed.

   5. Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow.

   6. Working with production personnel ensure molded components meet requirements, adjusting as required.
