REMOTE - Senior Sales Executive
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new business and growing existing accounts. 
Key responsibilities and duties
  • Leverage personal network (including LinkedIn) to bring on new accounts
  • Identify and build a list of potential target accounts and contacts.  Document ongoing engagement.
  • Document all activity with accounts, contacts, job requisitions in ATS
  • Make an expected number of calls per day and meetings per week
  • Outbound prospecting to new managers within existing accounts
  • SME on IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and professional services)
  • Partner with the recruiting team and rest of company to drive results and manage client relationships
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company though sharing and collaboration

Experience and Skills required
  • 4+ years’ experience selling IT contract staffing and services
  • Bringing a network of IT hiring manager contacts
    • Must have:  a strong and up to date network of 1st degree connections in IT and Engineering management roles
  • Proven experience opening new accounts
  • Competent in all aspects of the sales process; cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results
  • Proven record of ability to self-manage and work remote when required
Compensation:  position offers a very competitive base and excellent commission
