Our client, a progressive, growing IT Staffing and Recruiting company, has an opening for a Remote Junior Technical Recruiter.
The Junior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, interviewing, negotiating, and placing IT professionals.

- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and adept at relationship building
- Ability to research and identify new candidates
- Ability to learn and operate various candidate sourcing platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Initiate contact with candidates through cold calls, cold emails, and job platform outreach
- Desire to stay current with industry trends
- Personality and work ethic to thrive in an exciting environment
- Competitive in nature and comfortable working in teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior IT recruiting experience preferred but not required
