VP, Sales

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact professional who will lead the sales in NA, while also taking it to another level by building and strengthening a quality regional sales team.  The regional sales team is focused on the acquisition of new logos in the enterprise segment through targeted account plans, and nurturing/expanding executive-level relationships with existing customers. 
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and passion for data. A hands-on leader who is ready and excited to roll up their sleeves and work in the field, if needed. This role will work with other client focused teams, globally.

  • Leverage your extensive market knowledge to drive new sales and maximize revenue growth; targeted primarily at new logo acquisition, predominantly in the enterprise segment.
  • Work in conjunction with the Global Marketing and Sales Strategy teams to formulate and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to increase business growth.
  • Build and develop a winning team - lead them to generate revenue and achieve individual team and regional quotas as well as customer and retention targets.
  • Secure new business but also nurture and expand existing accounts.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the C-level executives and assist them with maximizing value through adoption and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management, and consistently monitor the sales activities and track results.
  • Partner with appropriate teams and implement the related processes locally.
  • Mentor and inspire sales team to maximize revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of outstanding leadership and managerial skills
  • Ability and willingness to combine leadership and with fieldwork.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise B2B Sales in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM or a closely related field.
  • Self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales and retention objectives in the enterprise segment, including contribution to the significant growth and success of an organization.
  • Sales evangelist and expert communicator.
  • Can paint a future vision of leveraging data for the success of clients and prospects.
  • Passionate about cutting-edge data management technologies and the way they change the world.
  • Motivated by commission-rich income and are willing to expend the energy and time needed to achieve sales, customer expansion, retention, and customer value creation goals.
  • Active network of contacts in the enterprise and corporate markets.
  • Proven ability to create impactful teams and lead them to success.
  • Ability to travel – 50%
