Position Description:
An established and growing provider of high-quality custom cabinetry and casework solutions is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to spearhead business development efforts in the market and surrounding region. This is a hunter role ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and closing deals in the B2B space.
MUST HAVEs:
Proven success in B2B outside sales—ideally in construction, cabinetry, building materials, or a related field
Experience selling into at least one of the following: contractors, commercial dealers, government agencies, or retirement communities
A hunter mentality with a track record of opening and closing new accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage a sales territory independently and travel locally as needed
Compensation: compensation structure varies depending on the individual and their experience. Base plus commission. Average year 1 compensation, for an experienced individual typically falls between $80-150k.
