Title: Sales Associate
Location: Hybrid – Must reside in Central or Northwest Ohio (north of Columbus) or be able to travel the region extensively

Position Description: Manage and grow a $2–3M book of business within the post-secondary education and workforce development market. This role involves full-cycle, consultative B2B sales with a focus on technical education programs across Central and Northwest Ohio. You'll inherit 20–30 high-value accounts and collaborate with a strong Ohio-based team.
MUST HAVE's:
3–5+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience (capital equipment or technical product sales preferred)
Experience selling into or working within post-secondary education, CTE, or workforce development
Assertive, dynamic, and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Comfortable managing extensive regional travel and autonomous scheduling
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000+ OTE (Year 1)
$400/month vehicle stipend + gas reimbursement + company expense card
$50/month phone reimbursement or company phone
