Title: Sales Associate
Location: Fully Remote – Must reside in or near the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and be able to travel extensively throughout Eastern Minnesota

Position Description: This is a true outside sales role focused on growing a newly acquired Minnesota territory (as of October 2024), serving post-secondary institutions and workforce development programs. You'll build relationships and drive adoption of exclusive technical training products, working independently while supported by a strong sales infrastructure. Most travel is within a 2-hour radius of the Twin Cities.
MUST HAVE's:
3–5+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience (technical equipment or curriculum-aligned product sales preferred)
Experience selling into higher education, technical colleges, or workforce development programs
Hunter mentality with comfort initiating outreach and building territory from the ground up
Prior experience working remotely and managing your own territory and travel schedule
Charismatic, personable, and able to build rapport quickly with diverse educational stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate solution-based offerings effectively
Compensation: $70,000 base (Year 1 OTE)
No commissions through the remainder of the current calendar year
$400/month vehicle stipend + full fuel reimbursement
Company card for travel meals
$50/month phone reimbursement or company phone
