Business Development Consultant

As an experienced Business Development Consultant, you’ll be working to uncover new business among the most innovative MarTech solution providers.

You’ll navigate the sales process with CMOs and the Heads of Marketing in a designated territory.

Your role will also include:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new organizations, targeting CMOs, Marketing Directors and their minus-one
  • Achievable quota of $200K+ in new contracts value across your territory
  • Converting prospects into clients, owning the full sales cycle, and negotiating (with initial management support) through to the transition from new clients to effective account management
  • Building account portfolio and training on growing existing partnerships.
  • Collaborating with the internal operations team to deliver the right level of opportunities for existing and new clients.
  • Owning forecasting and account planning on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Your Profile:
  • 2 Years minimum of B2B sales experience in the Events, Marketing, MarTech, Adtech, Digital CX, Social Media industries.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally and financially.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong sales process and strategies
  • Track record of overachievement on goals or quotas
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or advanced degree is a plus
